Ceremony (Catholic Mass):

Please dress in elegant, church-appropriate attire. Think classic, respectful, and wedding-ready.

Reception (Victorian Safari, Pre-Cholera):

For the reception, we're embracing the spirit of a glamorous Victorian safari expedition. Think linen, khaki, waistcoats, safari jackets, flowing skirts, and adventurous elegance. The key is British explorer before tropical diseases became a personal problem.

You may notice that much of the bridal party will be changing outfits between the ceremony and reception to match the change in atmosphere. Guests are welcome to keep the same outfit all day or join in the fun with a second look, whatever feels most comfortable. The bride loves costume changes and dress up and any excuse to be on theme, but you do not have to participate, she just wanted you to know that it was happening.

In short: Pray first, explore later, and avoid cholera at all costs.
